Reservation
To get started, register on our website or via the Zepressing.ch app and select your items, the type of laundry to be treated, and confirm your basket. Next comes the stage of choosing the date, place and time slots which suit you for the collection and delivery of your clothing. It is possible to indicate one address for collection and another for delivery. For example, the delivery person could collect your laundry from your home and deliver it to your office. Once the order has been placed, we will contact you to confirm it.
Collection of your laundry
A delivery person comes to collect the items indicated in your order. When they come, the delivery person will give you a Zepressing.ch laundry bag, allowing you to protect your clothes when you receive them back. A card to identify you will be attached to this bag. It also allows you to track your laundry whilst it is being treated.
Delivery
You will be contacted 30 minutes before the delivery of your order to notify you of the arrival of our delivery person at the address indicated in the order.
