I wish to place an order

To place an order, you must register and connect to your customer space at the following address https://zepressing.ch/my-account.

I wish to modify a current order

You have the option to modify your order from your customer space, as long as collection has not been confirmed.

I wish to cancel a current order

You have the option to cancel your order from your customer space, as long as collection has not been confirmed.

I wish for my delivery to be sent to an address other than my home

You have the option to add supplementary addresses other than your home address. When ordering, you are free to select a collection address which is different to your delivery address.

What area do you cover?

The area we cover includes Geneva, Nyon, Gland and the surrounding area. Our services are available 6 days a week between 1pm and 9pm. You can check if your municipality is included in this area by entering your post code when you register.

Do you outsource the treatment of clothes?

Your clothes are cared for and treated by Ze Pressing professionals, and a rigorous, high-quality process is ensured throughout the treatment of your laundry. We are based in a 460m2 workshop in Satigny.

What is the minimum time-frame for treatment?

The minimum time-frame for treatment is 48 hours between collection and delivery, excluding carpets.

Is there a delivery charge?

The minimum order cost is 15 CHF. Collection and delivery is included in this.

I wish to start my subscription after the month has started

If you wish to subscribe after the start of the month, the subscription is calculated pro rata for the first month.
Example:
You wish to sign up to the SILVER subscription on 15 January, you will be charged 51.09 CHF for the first month, rather than 99 CHF.

I wish to terminate my subscription

Your subscription is commitment-free, and you have the option to terminate your subscription at any time from your customer space.
If this is done before the 20th of the current month, the termination will take effect on the 1st of the following month.
Example: By terminating your subscription on 19 February, the termination will take effect on 1st March.
If this is done after the 20th of the current month, the termination will take effect on the 1st of the month after the following month.
Example: By terminating your subscription on 20 February, the termination will take effect on 1st April.
You can use your credit until your subscription ends.

I have not used all of my subscription

All unused credit is carried over to the following month.
The credit which is carried over can only be used within the following month.

I have exceeded my credit over the month

If you exceed your credit over the month, you will still benefit from the same discounts associated with your subscription.
